You arranged all of the details and ordered everything needed
for a fabulous event... Now you just need someone to "take the
wheel" so that you can rest, and take your time getting ready.
You are supposed to enjoy your beautiful day...not work it!
We orchestrate Rehearsal as well as Ceremony
We assist your vendors with set up,
orchestrate Reception Order of Event Details,
We also with resources if needed.

Event Service Team
Here’s what we do …. Take down and clean up the alter area , Keep all of your event areas clear of messes, Cut & Serve your desserts , Empty Trash bins, refill beverage area , clean restrooms, Pack up your event at the end and place your stuff in one area for load out, Clean the venue and Haul all of the bags of trash to the dumpster.
( usually 25 bags worth from an event)
Rate of $600 includes 5 hours of event service. and 1 hour of final clean up.
if you rent extra hours …Each additional hours are $80 per additional hour.

Event Set Up Crew
We can do the set up for your event if you would like!
We set up all areas for 3 hours at a rate of $400.
you can just enjoy the pre-event moments

Tear down / pack up $200
Transportation Logistics
we can arrange your charter or shuttle service and assist / chaparone with the entire run to ensure a smooth run
from start to finish.
